Barista in a Box

NIVONA takes the barista as a role model

An experienced barista cannot be completely replaced by any fully automatic coffee machine. With sensitivity, experience and creativity, he constantly extracts new flavor nuances from coffee beans, espresso and milk foam.

Precisely this method of working served NIVONA as a model. The Aroma Balance System can elicit different taste profiles from a coffee bean and thus brings a part of the barista art directly into the fully automatic coffee machine.

That is why this technical sophistication bears the name "Barista in a Box": individual coffee variety, convenient and reproducible at the touch of a button.
