With this aspiration, our company was founded in 2004 as a Saeco Service Center. What began as a small business among a few coffee enthusiasts is now a vibrant coffee culture. We want to turn our backs on the "throwaway society" and make repairs financially viable.
As a specialist workshop for coffee technology, we decided in 2010 to repair across brands. Our premises at Paulinstraße 118 became too small, and with the move to Paulinstrasse 146 in 2015, our service could be further expanded.

In our coffee machine workshop in Trier, we offer fast and clean repair processing, from traditional lever machines to coffee filter machines and high-tech automatic machines. We repair devices from almost all manufacturers across brands. Thanks to our large stock of spare parts, we can keep the downtime of your coffee machine extremely low. If a spare part is not available, we will gladly provide you with a loan device.

To be more broadly positioned for our customers and to be able to help them even within the warranty period, we have been an authorized Nivona service partner since 2012 and an authorized Siemens and Bosch service partner since December 2017. If your fully automatic coffee machine is faulty within the warranty, we can repair the device in our own workshop. This means no additional effort for you, e.g., by sending it in or incurring additional costs.

Our management, both state-certified technicians, and our trained service staff handle daily service operations for private households and catering establishments in the Trier, Bitburg, and Luxembourg areas. As specialists and coffee lovers, we attach great importance to good service and professional advice.

Our diverse exhibition includes the brands Jura, Jura Gastro, Moccamaster, Nivona, Saeco Professional, and Lelit portafilters.
