In addition, during the ordering process, you will see all applicable costs, including shipping costs, before completing your purchase. Generally, an invoice from us consists of only two types of costs: the goods and shipping. From a certain value of goods, shipping costs are completely waived within Germany.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the ordered goods. From a certain order value, we deliver free of charge (exception: deliveries abroad). Here you will find an overview of the shipping costs.

Depending on the size, weight or quantity of the ordered goods, we no longer ship with our parcel service provider, but with our freight forwarder. Both types of logistics providers have their own expertise. Bulky freight forwarding goods must be handled very differently during the shipping process than a small parcel.
