Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is available within Germany and to Luxembourg, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

  • For the "Standard Shipping" method, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
  • For orders valued at €300.00 or more, shipping with DPD is free of charge.
  • For free shipping, we can ship with UPS at the customer's request for an additional €2.00.
  • For free shipping, we can ship with DHL at the customer's request for an additional €3.00.

Transport-safe Packaging

We ship your device in transport-safe packaging. This packaging has been classified as suitable by the respective parcel service providers. This is the only way a transport insurance is in place. If you revoke your purchase, the device must also be returned in this outer carton to ensure appropriate transport safety. If the outer carton in which you received the goods is no longer available, please contact us before returning the item.

International Deliveries

  • For the "Standard Shipping" method, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90 per order.
  • For the "Standard Fully Automatic" shipping method, we charge a flat shipping fee of €22.90 per order.

Delivery Time

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany usually takes place on the same working day, at the latest on the following working day. For international deliveries, delivery takes place within 2–4 days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
