Barista in a Box

NIVONA takes the barista as a model

An experienced barista cannot be fully replaced by any fully automatic coffee machine. With sensitivity, knowledge, and creativity, they extract new nuances of flavor from beans, espresso, and milk foam again and again.

Precisely this way of working served NIVONA as a model. The Aroma Balance System can extract different flavor profiles from a coffee bean and thus brings a part of barista artistry directly into the fully automatic coffee machine.

Therefore, this technical sophistication bears the name "Barista in a Box": high-quality coffee variety, conveniently and reproducibly at the touch of a button.
