Nivona, the renowned brand from Nuremberg, expands its product range with the Nivo 8107 fully automatic coffee machine in pearl blue. The highlight of the new special model is the innovative Chilled-Brew function, which allows you to prepare espresso, coffee, or Caffè Americano at cool temperatures. This process creates a whole new variety of flavors and is ideal as a fruity-cold refreshment or as a base for creative coffee cocktails. Inspired by the cold brew process, where coffee is cold-extracted over hours, Nivona offers a time-saving alternative with the Chilled-Brew function, which simultaneously guarantees an intense aroma and extracts fewer acids and bitter substances from the coffee beans. Like a good music album. The essence remains. The extraordinary emerges more clearly. For example, with the new SPUMATORE DUOplus. For unique milk foam. At the touch of a button. For two cappuccinos or other milk coffees simultaneously. Enjoy the moment. We make the coffee for it. We have now integrated all five aroma profiles of our "Barista in a box" here. For even more enjoyment from NIVONA coffee culture. The Advantages of the NIVONA 8107 - NIVO 8107

Barista in a Box
The question of whether some jobs can be replaced by machines is becoming increasingly common. When it comes to coffee preparation, this is unlikely to be the case. The barista, the professional in the espresso bar or cafe, cannot be replaced even by the best fully automatic machine. But he serves as our role model. With his intuition, experience, and above all, his creativity, he can conjure up new delicious variations with beans and milk foam. A barista truly knows about coffee varieties, coffee roasting, and complicated espresso machines. And we at NIVONA have observed him closely at work.
Our NIVONA Aroma Balance System achieves what a barista can do manually: extracting different taste profiles from the coffee bean. That's why we called this technical sophistication "Barista in a box". The trained experts in espresso & co. advance coffee culture just as much as our fully automatic coffee machines, as they give everyone the opportunity to easily produce wonderful coffee.
