NIVONA: Modeled after the Barista
The question of whether some jobs can be replaced by machines is becoming increasingly common. In coffee preparation, this will hardly be the case. The barista, the professional in the espresso bar or café, cannot be replaced by even the best fully automatic machine. But he serves as our role model. With his intuition, his experience and, above all, his creativity, he can conjure up new delicious variations with beans and milk foam. A barista really knows about coffee varieties, coffee roasting and complex espresso machines. And we at NIVONA have observed him closely at work.
Our NIVONA Aroma Balance System achieves what a barista can do manually: extract different taste profiles from the coffee bean. That's why we've called this technical sophistication "Barista in a box". The trained experts in espresso & Co. advance coffee culture just as much as our fully automatic coffee machines, giving everyone the opportunity to easily produce delicious coffee.
