Barista in a Box

NIVONA takes the barista as a role model

An experienced barista cannot be completely replaced by any automatic coffee machine. With sensitivity, experience, and creativity, they repeatedly extract new flavor nuances from coffee beans, espresso, and milk foam.

Precisely this method of working served as NIVONA's model. The Aroma Balance System can extract different taste profiles from a coffee bean and thus brings a part of the barista art directly into the automatic coffee machine.

This is why this technical sophistication is called "Barista in a Box": individual coffee variety, convenient and reproducible at the touch of a button.
