This new model from Lelit is unique because it has a manual paddle for adjusting the brewing pressure by controlling the water flow in the brew group. The machine also has its own manometer, which indicates the exact pressure in the brew group. THE PADDLE: By turning the manual paddle, which is attached to the brew group, the water flow in the brew group can be regulated and the brewing pressure can be optimally controlled at every stage of the extraction. By adjusting the brewing pressure, you can brew the best espresso from any coffee. LCC: The LCC allows control of all parameters of the espresso machine, such as the temperature of the brewing water and steam boiler, timed pre-infusion, stand-by time, switching the steam boiler on and off, partial/total coffee shot counter and switching the temperature display from °C to °F. Lelit Bianca PL162T DUAL BOILER TECHNOLOGY: The Bianca has two separate stainless steel boilers for steam and hot water dispensing, or brewing water. The dual boiler technology guarantees greater temperature stability, without the risk of overheating the brewing water and the possibility of simultaneously brewing coffee and frothing milk or dispensing hot water. Individually adjustable water tank: The water tank of the Lelit Bianca is housed in a separate container to prevent the water from heating up during operation. The water tank can be placed on the right, left or in front as desired, can be easily removed for cleaning and, when operating with a fixed water connection, can simply be put away, saving space! Features: Portafilter with double spout, bottomless portafilter, 7 gr. and 14 gr., 18 gr. and 20 gr. sieves, blind sieve, 70 liter water filter, Lelit stainless steel tamper with aluminum handle, cleaning brush, microfiber cloth, additional steam nozzle, material for fixed water connection, riser for espresso cups, measuring spoon. The Lelit Bianca has an energy-saving mode that can be set on the LSS display.
