They are popular, they are trendy, they are hip: Cold Brew specialities. Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the GIGA W10 prepares these in a very short time at the touch of a button. While many conventional cold coffee drinks usually consist of hot brewed, cooled coffee, the GIGA W10 extracts with cold water, pulsating, under high pressure using the espresso method. The result in the cup is a true Cold Brew, a natural, energizing, very refreshing drink, in which the fruity aromas of the coffee come into their own without being overshadowed by bitter substances. Anything else would just be cold coffee.
Almost inexhaustible selection of coffee specialities
With a total of 35 coffee specialities, the GIGA W10 offers a variety that leaves nothing to be desired. But not only that: adapt your GIGA W10 entirely to the preferences of your customers, guests and employees. The innovative operation opens up boundless possibilities for individualization! For example, enjoy your Flat White with an extra shot of strong coffee. The abundance of coffee enjoyment is doubled by the revolutionary Cold Extraction Process, which also prepares all specialities cold-brewed. Finally, thanks to the new water bypass, it is possible to create extended barista specialities both hot and cold.
Two ceramic disc grinders, two bean containers
For maximum professionalism, the GIGA W10 features two precision grinders with grinding discs made of high-quality, durable ceramic. The two associated bean containers each hold 650 grams. This configuration allows you to choose the ideal coffee type for each cup. For example, enjoy hot specialities made from a classic, more intense roast, and Cold Brews made from a trendy, fruity bean variety. Of course, always according to JURA's motto: freshly ground, not encapsulated.
Cashless payment, conveniently managed centrally
The GIGA W10 features the new Pocket Pilot 2.0 payment and management system. With Pocket Pilot 2.0, both cashless payment and central machine monitoring work without any additional infrastructure. This is made possible by the "Payment Connect", which can be conveniently inserted into the GIGA W10. The web-based system is free and does not require any software installation. After creating an account for JURA Pocket Pilot 2.0, you will have access to device management that leaves nothing to be desired.
