Z10 Aluminum Black (EA)-Tab details

The new Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.)

To ensure the optimal grind for each individual specialty, JURA's engineers have developed the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.). Electronically controlled, the precision grinder adjusts itself individually to the predefined grind size in fractions of a second – much faster and more frequently than would be possible manually. Its spectrum ranges from very fine for short classics to very coarse for extended specialties. But coffee lovers don't need to worry about this, as the adjustment is fully automatic with every preparation and can even be individually selected before each preparation, if desired, thanks to Aroma Selection.

Cold Brew – extremely fresh

Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares genuine cold brew specialties. While many conventional cold coffee drinks usually consist of hot-brewed, cooled coffee, the Z10's extraction takes place with cold water, pulsating, under high pressure, and with a tendency towards coarser ground coffee. The result in the cup is a natural, energizing refreshing drink, in which the fruity aromas of the coffee come into their own perfectly, without being overshadowed by bitter substances. Anything else would just be cold coffee.

Generation 8 Brewing Unit

The brewing unit is the heart of every automatic coffee machine. For the Z10, JURA has designed the eighth generation of brewing units. With its unique 3D brewing technology, it ensures that the coffee powder is evenly permeated by water on multiple levels. This results in maximum aroma extraction; for hot specialties as well as for cold brew.

Long-lasting elegance

The design and the targeted selection of the right materials actively contribute to a product's sustainability. JURA strives for a design that evokes owner's pride and still looks fresh and modern even after many years. Uncompromising quality, high-quality, durable materials, and the highest precision in manufacturing ensure both culinary and aesthetic delight throughout the machine's lifetime. The complex convex-concave aluminum front bears witness to craftsmanship of the highest level. The water tank with its elegant wave design and the harmoniously designed filter casing are just two examples of the attention to every seemingly small detail. And anyone who touches the Z10 truly understands what JURA means by value.

Changing the filter

Thanks to the integrated RFID chip (Radio-Frequency-Identification), the CLARIS Smart continuously collects information about filter usage and signals when the filter's capacity is exhausted. CLARIS Smart is automatically recognized by the automatic machine and flushed in automatically.

Descaling the machine

Limescale is the biggest enemy of all water-bearing household appliances. Only use the descaling tablets developed by JURA for this purpose. These gently remove limescale from your coffee machine and thus extend its lifespan.

Cleaning the machine

Cleaning extends the life of your coffee machine and keeps coffee quality at the highest level. Only use JURA cleaning tablets for this purpose. These are specially tailored to the cleaning program.

Cleaning the milk system

This is how easy it is to ensure the perfect function and hygiene of your milk system in the combination spout: Clean the milk system daily if you have prepared milk. This only takes about two minutes. For this purpose, use only the JURA milk system cleaner. This has been specially developed for milk system cleaning.
