More milk foam, more time out: NICR 825

Classics don't age. Classics mature. That's why we've given our 8-series a remastering. Like a good music album. The essence remains. The extraordinary stands out more clearly. For example, with the new SPUMATORE DUOplus. For unique milk foam. At the touch of a button. For two cappuccinos or other milk coffees at the same time. Enjoy the moment. We'll make the coffee.

Nivona CafeRomatica 825

There's only one question that separates you from a cappuccino like on the Piazza del Popolo: Milk first or coffee? Because coffee connoisseurs know: For the perfect enjoyment of a cappuccino, the milk must be able to wrap around the coffee. And consequently, the coffee must go into the cup first. A technical challenge for any fully automatic machine. But our 8-series gives you the choice. At the touch of a button. Even for two cups at the same time. Because, as everyone knows, cappuccino is best enjoyed with two.

Full enjoyment for more cappuccino

With a barista, the coffee goes into the cup first, and then the milk wraps around it as it's poured. For an intense cappuccino taste. A technical challenge for fully automatic machines to deliver this at the touch of a button. But we have achieved it with our Cappuccino Connaisseur. For your taste.

Ideal types with room for ideas

In our 8-series, you have the option to save up to 10 of your own coffee recipes. The latest coffee trend can thus be comfortably and easily brought into the NIVONA. The basic recipes offer you all possibilities here. Because ultimately, your taste decides.

NIVONA: Inspired by the Barista

More and more often, the question arises whether some jobs can be replaced by machines. When it comes to preparing coffee, that is hardly likely to be the case. A barista, the professional in an espresso bar or café, cannot be replaced even by the best fully automatic coffee machine. But the barista serves as our role model. With sensitivity, experience and above all creativity, a barista can create ever-new delicious variations using coffee beans and milk foam. A barista truly understands coffee varieties, coffee roasting and complex espresso machines. And at NIVONA, we have closely observed baristas at work.
Our NIVONA Aroma Balance System achieves what a barista does manually: bringing out different flavor profiles from the coffee bean. That is why we call this technical refinement “Barista in a Box.” Trained experts in espresso & Co. advance coffee culture just as our fully automatic coffee machines do, giving everyone the opportunity to prepare wonderful coffee with ease.
