The Product Recognising Grinder P.R.G.2+ automatically adjusts the grind and grind quantity to the aroma profile of the selected coffee specialty.

From fine grinding for short classics to coarser grinding for extended or cold brew specialties, the system works precisely and consistently. After each preparation, the grinder returns to its starting position.

Optimal Use

Sweet Foam Function

The Sweet Foam Function flavors the milk foam directly during preparation. Taste and intensity can be adjusted via syrup selection and dosage.

Change Filter

The RFID chip continuously records information on filter usage and reports when the capacity of the CLARIS Smart filter is exhausted.

Descaling Device

Use only the designated JURA descaling tablets to gently remove scale and extend the life of the machine.

Clean Device

Regular cleaning helps ensure a long lifespan and consistently high coffee quality. Use the JURA cleaning tablets that are designed for the cleaning program.

Clean Milk System

Clean the milk system daily if milk has been prepared. Use only the specially developed JURA milk system cleaner.
