The professional Aroma Grinder ensures 12.2% more aroma and a consistently high quality of ground coffee. The optimised grinder geometry creates an ideal grinding curve with a higher proportion of fine particles, thus supporting intense flavour development.
The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) optimises the extraction time for short speciality coffees and ensures an intense aroma, particularly for Ristretto and Espresso.
The X8 features a height-adjustable combi spout. Thanks to fine foam technology, milk and milk foam specialities can also be prepared at the touch of a button.
All controls are located at the front, are clearly visible and easily accessible. The water tank and bean container can also be filled from the front and can be protected from unauthorised access by integrated locking mechanisms.
The residual water tray and the coffee grounds container are ergonomically designed, can be removed with one hand and are quick to empty. The portrait-format 2.8-inch colour display and the clearly assigned preparation buttons enable simple operation. Preparation and care buttons can be locked if required.

Integrated rinsing and cleaning programmes, in combination with original JURA care products, ensure hygienic cleanliness.
Milk system cleaning is also automated and can be started at the touch of a button. The solid combi spout can be dismantled in a few simple steps. The milk spouts located at the front are easily accessible and can be easily replaced if required.
As individual as your requirements
The X8 can be expanded with additional automatic coffee machines and suitable peripheral devices. These include, for example, cup warmers, Cool Control, fresh water kits and billing systems.
This makes the X8 a flexible basis for individual complete coffee solutions in a wide range of professional applications.
