The latest generation of the Professional Aroma Grinder (P.A.G.2+) sets new standards as a precision grinder. Equipped with aroma control, an active grind monitoring system, it ensures consistently excellent results. Depending on the specialty, the automatic machine recommends a grind setting of "mild" or "intense". The resulting finer or coarser grind maximizes the aroma in the cup. The grind levels can be adjusted at any time, because before and after preparation, the P.A.G.2+ rests in a relaxed state, which positively affects a consistent grinding result and longevity. This allows the J10 to impress with perfect taste at the highest level for even longer.

Advanced technology also characterizes the operating concept of the J10. You can easily navigate through all menu items by swiping across the touchscreen. The Coffee Eye simplifies the path to the perfect specialty. This intelligent cup sensor recognizes whether the cup is placed under the central coffee spout or the cappuccino spout and helps to place the cup in the right spot depending on the chosen specialty.
